How to Fill Up an IOB RTGS Form Offline, Indian Overseas Bank The form is available online, at branches, or by using the URL provided above; simply download it, fill out the required information, and then deliver it to the relevant branch for RTGS/NEFT transfer. You must follow the instructions below in order to fill out the form without any issues:

  • mention branch name and code first, Amount (in words and numbers), mode of transfer (by check or by debiting the account), and bank branch. Additionally keep in mind that the form requires all information to be entered in capital or block letters.
  • Enter the applicant’s or sender’s information now, including the amount to be sent, charges, total amount, type of account, account number, check number, date, sender’s name, address, mobile number, or email address.
  • Then, enter the beneficiary’s information, including the beneficiary’s name, address, account type, account number, mobile number, and message (if any).
  • The part labelled “For Bank’s Use, Only” (as seen in the image below) is just for the bank’s use. It doesn’t have to be filled. Here, the bank official will fill out and sign the necessary information.

Filling Up IOB RTGS/NEFT Forms, The final portion, “Customer’s Record Slip,” is an acknowledgment slip that the client should save for reference in the future. Describe the beneficiary information and the remittance here ( as required).

Once the form has been correctly completed, sign it (if necessary) and provide it to the branch authority. After this, you will receive the aforementioned customer record slip, which has been signed by a bank representative and is sealed by the bank.
